Shipping method and cost

UK shipping cost is £15 (Parcel Force) We also offer International shipping for most orders, however some heavier items such as large vases will inccure higher shipping charges.

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all UK orders in 7-10 working days

All orders are then shipped using Parcel Force 24 hour delivery service - Aiming to get to you the next working day!

International orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched due to using a different shipping method.

Please note If you are purchasing multiple bespoke pieces your order may arrive in separate packages but will be shipped together.

Unfortuantely we are not able to send Pampas to Australia due to customs not allowing import of dried flowers to Australia.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Once ordered you will receive a confirmation email along with an email when your order has been dispatched on our end, this will also have tracking details attached. 

Pre-Order Items

If some items in your order are pre-order items, all items will be sent out together when the pre-order item is in stock.

Do you accept returns?

If you are not happy with your order please reach out to us via email - megshaigh@icloud.com or via our social media channels.

Please note we only accept refunds, exchanges and credit notes for orders that have arrived damaged or faulty.

As each piece is created bespoke to order we will require photos and more information regarding your order so we can look into this for you.

How DO I care for MY Pampas?

Worried about keeping your bespoke florals alive? Worry not as your florals are already dead! Pampas are a natural dried flower/grass so they do not require to be watered. All of our florals are home grown at selected UK flower farms and we also source from the flower capital of Holland!

When your pampas arrives, they may look a bit flat from being compressed while transported. In order to fluff them up, give each stem a gentle shake and use a hairdryer on each stem.

Keep rotating the stem as you are hairdying it and gradually increase the temperature and speed if needed. It is normal for pampas to shed during this process, so please do not worry.

If you notice your pampas shedding you can hairspray the plume to minimize this! Pampas grass is similar to human hair - so the more hairspray you add will create the stem to become more stiff however can cause it to lose its ‘fluffy’ look so I would advise minimal hairspray to be added to reduce shedding.

With time dust will accumulate on your pampas, so its recommended to give each stem a gentle hairdryer and dust from time to time.

For salon installations we also offer a maintenance service where we can come and do this for you if you are unsure.
